Gadget Show

Unless I've missed it, i.e. nobody else has posted it, did anybody watch "The Gadget Show" on Monday?

Quite a favourable review of the K30, the Nikon was last.

I saw it..Though the review of the cameras was, I thought a little predictable, as they were from three differing price points. So no surprise the K30 was better recieved than a Nikon D3200 But trailing the Sony A77. But at least they were impressed by the K30. If only for the fact that it wasnt black. As Jason quoted, "Why are all cameras black"

What colour was it?

Sorry John. It was a white one.. Though if I remember rightly with a black kit lens.. Which spoiled the look a little.

I have seen white kit lenses, but I think they've been restricted to the Japanese market. There you seem to be able to get hundreds of colours...

agree with stub, the price point of all three are almost 100 pounds different, so you kind of expect their performance to be different. having said that, it's still nice to see they picked up the k-30 to review, instead of a canon

I watched the Gadget show and the man favoured the Sony because he has always worked with that model. I'm still getting the K30 because that's the model I am used to. Quite surprised he didn't like the Nikon.

Never once mentioned WR though

What is WR?

Water Resistant. It should be a HUGE selling point

Oh no!!!! After reading this post I now realise my beloved Pentax camera is merely a 'Gadget'
