FS: Various Pentax items - Part 2

I have some more Pentax bits that need good homes

Asahi Opt CO - Japan - TAKUMAR-A 2X TELE-CONVERTER - Very good condition. This is the 4 element KA one (so passes the Aperture info through to digital bodies) and includes caps, original case, instructions and box. £38 inc P&P.

Pentax MX Winder - Average condition for age, foam rubber inside has perished. I cannot verify this is working, although I am 95% certain it is (as I wasn't in the habit of keeping broken items without marking them as such). So, sold as seen for £10 inc P&P.

Pentax Motor Drive A - Average Condition for age. I know that this only ever worked in one mode (can't remember if it was "H and L" or "S") I was advised by Pentx that it was likely to be fixed by a clean of the button release mechanism, but I never had this done - The Battery Pack A is also included (contacts and battery chamber very clean). So again sold as seen for £15 inc P&P.

ASAHI Pentax 6 x 7 Operating Manual - Reasonable condition for its age (few thumb turn marks and minor edge tears, and the Pentax UK address has been had written in the back).

Pentax 6 x 7 System Brochure (A4 - 20 pages, dated 5/86) - Reasonable condition for age except for the "SHOP COPY" in red marker pen on the front and under the lens chart someone has written the equivalent 35mm lens types).

ASAHI Pentax 6 x 7 Helicoid Extension Tube instructions - reasonable condition.

I'd like the 3 Pentax 6x7 items to go together because they need stiif card envelope packaging. How about £10 for all 3 inc P&P.
