FS: Sigma 24-60mm f2.8, boxed as new

I have to put it up for sale to raise some money for another purchase. it's a cracking lens and has got loads of good reviews. i owned it from new, but did not use it very much as overlaping focal lenth with other lenes. it's 10mm shorter than the popular 24-70mm, but you will benefit a small size(77 diameter thread) and a better performance at wide open than 24-70mm. [email protected] is very sharp and [email protected] is ok, still much better than 24-70mm. the lens is in nearly new condition, with a filter fitted from day one. complete with box, pouch, lens hood etc.

I am looking for 250 GBP + postage including a Kenco 77mm MC filter.

Bumpish, Photos available on request..... i wish it could be a Canon mount, but open for a trade with a Canon lens .... still a pentaxer......

does anybody know how this compares to the tammy 17-50mm f2.8? i love the tammy but would love to go a bit further for portraits... so would extensively use the 50-60mm range (the 70mm version would be better i guess..)

brightstone what lenses are you after for Canon? got a 24mm f1.8 50mm and f1.4 I think... any interest in that?
