From MV to K7

Hi everyone

I'm semi pro and shoot large and medium format as well as 35mm and digital. For 35mm I've used Pentax cameras since the 1970's and never had any complaints. I like the lenses.

At present I have a Spotmatic with a couple of Super Takumar prime lenses (I very rarely use dustpumps), an MX with a handful of K and M lenses, and a pair of MZ-5n bodies. They get used in rotation. I mostly use Neopan 400 and Acros but occasionally splash out on a roll of colour.

For the past seven years a 43mm Ltd lens has been my main glass but I've just now bought a replacement 77mm to go with. The 43mm lives on my K7 which I use primarily when I need colour or flash lighting. OK, there are other good reasons for using a digital cam as well, but really, I'd stick a good lens on anything if it gives good results.

If you're interested to see a bit you can check my website link below or have a gander at my recent 'holiday' snaps on Flickr ...
