I like the arch but not sure about the tin of paint

Yes, sorry about the tin of paint but it's an old house undergoing renovation & everyone's obviously knocked-off early. Too cold, perhaps?

I like the tin of paint. The juxtaposition of the modern tin of paint with the beautiful old windows is great.

Do you have the second one in colour too? Just to compare?

I prefer it to the mono version. The purplish clouds really add something, they make it even more threatening somehow.

I decided not to quit while I'm losing.

I like all three shots - the window is nice having a second window behind it - the colour version of number 2 is better in terms of my taste

I have too many tins of paint around me at present - the decorating looks like it will enforce another NPW (no photo's weekend) - booo

The boring comment does seem a little harsh and misplaced - not really in keeping with the friendly, helpful pentax user community I like so much - not welcome in my humble opinion

I have a plan which is finish the decoprating and then from Wednesday when I am off get the K10 out in (hopefully) some better light
