As Ken has suggested Dragons are more "dozy" Late August and September and maybe the rest of the wildlife there will follow suit.
How about going for a date in September?
The only Weekend we are not available is the 3/4th of September so may I suggest Saturday 10th or Sunday 11th and start from there?

And more importantly the kids will be back at school so less likely to be out screaming round nature reserves on the weekend

I was planning a joint exhibition with some friends that Saturday, but to be honest I may still be in recovery from op by then (still early on in NHS target wait!), so all bets are off for my plans for most of this summer at the moment! Will stay in touch with the thread though in the hopes i might be ok by then and could make it, if it ended up being on the Sunday

I'm going to put this as a maybe. Would rather do something a bit earlier in the year, but see how I feel closer to the time.

Yeah, but not so keen on the pain bit until they can get me the op (up to 18 week wait) and after the morphine wears off.....

My plans for the next few months are completely on hold for the mo, so can't say when I'll be free Im afraid, but if I find myself free and able to walk I'll be there!

As Barrie has suggested a few people cannot make the 9th or 10th that leaves us with a few dates in September left, weekend 17/18 or 24/25.
Suggestions please.
