Can we use the entries from the Weekly competition #88, three weeks ago?

Oh no, it has to be taken within the next 14 days .
Best regards
Terry

Prieni, just hoping you do look or else I will send you a PM about it.

With the compition I only saw the optical one but there are some more relfections in the world then that one, so how broad can we take it?

I think Ralf needs some serious self "reflection", to answer that one, Stefan In the mean time, keep looking for reflections, even if it means a journey to your inner self, or someone else's.

Good luck on your crusade.

Martin.

Martin.

In Prieni's original post setting the subject, he uses the phrase "reflections are everywhere around us" which implies reflections from glass, water etc. etc.

He did not use the phrase "people sitting reflecting, are everywhere around us"

Just my interpretation of what is required

Well, I could image something like this reflected in a pool of water, would make a clever and well thought of entrie.
The problem of course is finding a suitable subject, which combines all these elements. But perhaps Stefan has already figured that out.

Martin.

Martin.

Hi Guys,
Ralf just contacted me with the following answer, regarding the broadness in which this competition round should be seen.

This is what he wrote:
Quote:
Well, I'm always open to the not so obvious interpretation. So shots of inner reflection, reflecting some happenings in the world or frustrated total reflection (sic!) would be ok by me. If you could catch a surface plasmon, that would be ok by me as well
HIH,
Martin.
Best regards,

Martin.

Thank you Martin,
I was indeed already busy to catch an inner reflection in a reflection.
Still need to make it perfect but that I can drop the optical reflection helps a lot with the composition of the shot but it's of course a challenge to get it all to work.

I'm sure a picture of an echo would win hands down.

How about a echo of silence ? That could be caught in a picture, sort of ?
