The only problem is my self absolutely thick as a brick and computer illiterate but will get there in the end

currently my flu card is just a very expensive 16Gb memory card. Simply does not show the image. It will change the controls but that is no use if you cannot see the image. Tried on GChrome on a PC and Safari on IPad and iPhone. ''The operation could not be completed correctly" every time.
Contacted Pentax helpline - no feedback.
Got latest firmware on K3.
Can anyone help

The signal is being picked up and I am able to take control and take photos but i cannot see the image that I am going to take

And is the card in slot 2?
Apparently you can control the camera if it's in slot 1, but only control and view images if its in slot2.
