First wedding shoot with 645z

I've just sat down to process the images from a weekend wedding shoot.
Here's a quick edit of one of the images I wanted to quickly send to the bride, before the whole experience is watered-down by the hundreds of snaps being taken behind me and indiscriminately uploaded to Facebook
The weekend was spent hand-holding the Zed and it was perfectly happy in this role. I now have some new muscles tho'
3200iso, SMC 645 55mm f2.8 at 2.8, 1/60th TAV.
No noise-reduction, edges sharpened with high-pass.

For me it's the skin tones that are notably "natural" - impressive for artificial light and high(ish) ISO

The lighting was horrendous. The usual mix of disco colours
I am having some issues with Lightroom not having a profile for this camera. The JPEGs look lovely, but Adobe's interpretation of the RAW file is causing me some extra work. Need to get to the bottom of that. I'm a bit new to Lightroom, so it's probably me, but I have heard there are some issues.

A QP-card 203. Essentially you just grab a DNG shot of the target in the required lighting, process it through their software and it will create a Lightroom profile for the camera.

Works a treat giving very accurate colours. The profiles from this are much more natural compared to the Adobe defaults (or even the ones embedded in the DNG).

I have 'cloudy' K5iis, K7, K10D, Q, MX-1 profiles (and a 5Dmk2 too) which all work well under general illuminants.

It cost a fair bit to import, though I think there are UK distributors now.

Alarmingly difficult lighting pretty well handled. You could make the dress perfectly white but that might compromise the atmosphere and muck up the skin tones.

(The groom is so going to regret that earring when he's forty and trying to be respectable... worse than flairs and sideburns in a seventies wedding shot. Almost.)
