first shoot. best settings

I may be doing my first shoot with a model , on Sunday.(just awaiting confirmation.
I have a k20 and a k7. amd will be using 2 kit lens.both 18-55 one of which is wr.
my other lens is tamron 28(2. and a DA50-200mm wr.
I really want to keep things simple so will use the 2 18-55mm kit lens. but was wondering what the best camera settings will be , maybe shooting in a flat(daytime) and using only the popup flash.
MY thoughts are :
Keep the K7 on P mode
and is there any way i can switch the filters off .
and the K20 on Green mode.
which means I can concentrate on shots and communicating with the model.
Does anyone know of a handy guide. Regards.

Stick one of your cameras on P mode with the kit zoom so you can concentrate on composition and relax.

with the other body sporting the 50 - 200mm make some room between you and the model and aim to shoot around the 175mm mark with that lens at F4.5 or whatever its widest aperture is,

Trust me you will be fine - just go with the flow. Shooting models is fun and the more you both relax the better the shots will be
