A lovely set, Gareth,

Very well photographed Gareth. Great detail and light balance. The mono conversions also work well.
Best regards

Very nice Gareth. Both the Colour and the B&W.
Have you seen "Is this true" by FatherTed.
Some years ago I did a gig for a friend and there were children in it. All that happened was the parents wanted copies. It's a sad world.
I didn't see you at the Cardiff flower show.
CHEERS Vic.

Born again biker with lots of Pentax bits. Every day I wake up is a good day. I'm so old I don't even buy green bananas.

Thanks all. Never really knew how hard the lighting would be to control and work with up until now so a new kudos found for all those concert photographers who display images that make it look all so simple!
Vic, just saw and commented
Never made it to the flower show, I wanted to go there but this year the RPS are local to me helping with panels if you want to go for a distinction, as is the Welsh Photographic society and they're both on weekends so had to prioritise to keep my good wife happy as I'm attending both hopefully this year!

Lovely set. Isn't music great for kids?
It is a shame that all people think when they see a camera is "child abuse".
So many memories to be lost.
I particularly like the last one.

Getting there! Thanks to you guys

Well done Gareth, these are really good. I think you've probably found out what a bugger the LED lights are - the photographer's worst enemy! Concert photography is definitely an acquired skill, I have my own formula for dealing with it and stick to what I know (shoot manual, set the exposure via test images and don't worry too much about variations in light which are inevitable).
I set my exposure quite low as the worst scenario is burn-out in bright areas, which is so easy to do with LED lights.
Again, well done with these, they are great.
Regards
David
