At the range I shot the "birds" 75-100yds the results are favorable compared even to the FA*600mm.
Just more time and good weather to try it out further!

I have to admit I was struggling to find anything to justify the £6,000 in regards to Image Quality.
but then I thought to myself ..."maybe that huge premium is what you have to pay to simply get further away from the subject matter, and in terms of wildlife and celebrities, less chance of disturbing them in their natural habitat.
A shot of Kate Middleton's armpit could pay for this lens easily

I'm watching on with interest - clearly these are initial shots posted by way of example - I expcect that on a day with better light we may see a different side so to speak
If you get the sudden urge to swap the 560 for an old m42 400mm I may have the answer for you

I hope i can have one pretty soon - but it is very expensive here in denmark.
I took a look at some of your great pictures and it looks super. I think you are a very good photograph.
But please give a little repport after the month you have had the long lens.

After a year how do you rate this lens and how does anyone think it compares to sigma 500 f4.5 both now around same price (think pentax cheaper)
