Thanks guys, just done my first (and second) Firmware update, I thought I would do the Good Old K20D first and then the Super K5
After WEEKS of gleaning info on this superb forum I have now Got It Done.

What seems daunting at first is straightforward when you have people who know what to do and use plain english to explain it.

Once you've done it you wonder what you were worried about.
