File numbering

I think the camera will start a new folder and commence at 0001 again, but it might take you a while to get to the point where you find out for sure!

If you play around with the Remote Assistant you can pre fix the image base name with anything that can be read by Windows, it might also let you see what will happen when you reach the max sequence, as you can set this to 1, 2, 3 or 4 digits.

Another question, thanks John for your earlier reply. File numbering on my s5i looks like "IMGP0287". What happens when I get above 9999 ?
