On a more serious note, there are hundreds of iconic images (probably thousands), if you ever spot this little booklink at a reasonable price then buy it.
Many of the images are brilliant and many are arguably complete rubbish, but it will give you a brief view of some of the worlds (arguably) greatest photographers.

Anyone else know of any famous photograph's please? I know of one's taken in Vietnam, but that's probably a long story.
