I've been looking through last season's photos and found this one taken at Farnborough against a rare blue sky. I've cropped and enlarged it though, it was taken on my old K10 and Sigma 70-300 APO DG lens.

Thanks for looking,

Impressive shot Rob, Judging by the blue sky it was Saturday when you where there. What did you reckon to the Vulcan then:

WOW! you caught one that had been shot down, fantastic

I really must go to an airshow, I'm getting a little jealous of all these fine shots that folk keep posting

Cliff,

The latest total from the pledges is now over £500,000 but I am not optimistic unless a last minute donor comes in similar to Sir Jack Hayward a few years ago. I think that had TVOC been managed a bit better then this situation could have been avoided...again. All very well raising the £1 million for this season but what about next year?
What is needed is a long term sponsor.

Thanks all of you for your comments BTW,

Rob

That is a great shot - I too must get to an airshow. The only aerial photography I've done is of birds and insects.

Rob, When I win the Lottery roll over I'm gonna buy the thing but yes a good sponsor is what's needed. I would hate to see it stuck in some museum never to fly again

I had what I thought was one of those fly over the house here in Spain the other day, I managed to grab one shot but it was so ruddy quick I never really stood a chance.
Looking at yours I am now wondering if I have identified mine wrongly so as you look have some knowledge of these things any chance you could tell me if it is or isnt?

Thanks.

Cropped to hell.
