An interesting and informative article. It showed me that my ideas on focus stacking were dreadfully ignorant. I have only tried it a couple of times - once on a fascinating small wasp nest - but my results were awful. I must learn how to do it properly .

There is very little left out of that site - recommended reading even if you are NOT a macro nut
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass
