No, they equate to the 35mm lengths and fields of view. The actual lens on the GR is 18.3mm, equating to 28mm in 35mm format.

Am I right in thinking that the frame lines on this at 21/28mm equate to roughly 31 and 40mm lenses (As in thaey are the focal lengths I would use on an APSC sensor camera?)
Had about two hours sleep and I'm not thinking straight at all this morning...
