Extension Tubes

Do you think this is a reasonable price for these extension tubes. I maybe missing something here as the item description says manual focus only but i can clearly see AF on the 31mm tube :? and they appear to have all the metering contacts.

Clarky's macro shots were the reason I bought into Pentax.

Well that and the fact I always do the opposite to what other people tell me (on another camera forum)
