Exports from Lightroom Change Colour

I am really annoyed that when I edit something in Lightroom it looks fantastic. As soon as I export it it looses so much colour and saturation. Purples become blue, deep pinks become washed out. I really don't know why it is changing so much. Just loom at the iris below:

It is supposed to be purple not blueish.

PS. My screen is calibrated to Gamma 2.2, 6500K.

Sounds like a colour management issue to me. What have you got Lightroom set to for it's output colour space? What application are you using to view the "flat" images with?

From the symptoms you describe, I'd take a guess that you have Lightroom set up to output images with an AdobeRGB colour space (or another relatively broad colour space), and you are viewing the results in a non colour managed application that is utilising the sRGB colour space.

Just my 2 penneth.

It was a colour management issue. I have now fixed it and it is all fine. Lightroom was actually the program that was using the wrong profile. I have fixed it and everything is fine and dandy. That photo is actually correct, lightroom was just displaying it completely differently because of a bad calibration icc file.
