Evening at Heather Farm

Heather Farm is a wetlands centre on Horsell Common, Surrey. It was not very busy tonight but a Coot and some Canada Geese posed for me.

K1 + DFA 150-450 (and a lot of cropping)

Gorgeous colours, nicely composed crops. Not so much pictures of birds, more like pictures with birds. I like 'em, particularly the 2nd one.

What you need are lenses, more lenses, bigger lenses, better lenses, faster lenses, and when you have these, your pictures will be perfect!

Thanks folks. The low sunlight really helps bringing out the colours reflected in the water.

WoW! It's a beautiful bird. I loved it. The low morning spot brings the color more reflected.
