ESPIO 110 - H1, H2 errors

HELP,

I have been using this particular camera for 6 years now and the photographs have always been excellent. On my latest holiday it failed halfway through a film with an H1 followed by H2. It was as though the film was not winding on. I initially thought that it was a battery problem and replaced the battery only to get exactly the same result. Unfortunately I have mislaid (lost) my instruction booklet and do not know what these error codes mean. Could another ESPIO 110 owner please post details of these error codes so that I may see if I can bring this faithful camera back to life again.

Bad news, the H1 and H2 are error codes which relate to faults in the shutter system. The camera will need to be repaired. The good news is if you are a member of Pentax User you can get 20% discount on the total cost of this repair if it's done by Pentax UK.
