Hi
Do you mean that you use the camera with your left eye if so I am right eye dominant
But use my left eye as I can't dim or close my left eye and I have no problems

Cameras are generally designed for right handed, right eyed people.
The only left handed camera range of note was the Exakta from the later 1950s/1960s.

i am right handed and use my left eye , it just seems natural for me, i don't have any problem with the controls mentioned as my thumb just drops onto them. i also wear glasses which i have not found a need to remove either, my left eye is my strongest so it could be something in the sub concious to do with that. i just tried righteye and found i was tying myself in knots to the point i could not even sight my eye over the viewfinder correctly

My wife Trish is right handed BUT uses her left eye as it's the 'dominent' one. One eye (the dominant) usually looks straight ahead, the other at an angle which is of course how our brains perceive distance.
I assume the ergonomics defer to the two theird of us right eye dominant.
My eyes are right dominant, my feet are both left

I actually had to pick up the camera to work out which eye I used - seems it's the right eye for me but strangely - having tried with both - I seem to view clearer using my left eye on the view finder!

No matter how many lenses I have owned - I have always needed just one more

Not sure, but I think you'll find that your specs are actually giving that 1cm gap you need to access all the buttons without problems; either that or you've got a small snozz.lol

I'm right handed, but I shuffle cards left handed and when I was a kid I knitted left handed too. I'm in a minority for sure but not as unusual as you might think. According to my optician about 15% of right handed people are left eye dominant. So there- boo ya...LOL

I just picked up the camera and tried, as I use my left eye. I promptly poked my thumbnail in the corner of my right eye!
