I often find photos of larger formal gardens quite cliched and predictable, your selection are simple and enjoyable

I like the way you have got the strong sloping nature of the hillsides to come through, and yes this sort of environment is often difficult to 'make much of' .... but you have brought out lots of detail and depth, with plenty of angles and lines to follow. I'm less keen on those that show up the distortion rather extremely (4 & 6). The best for me are 1, 8 & 9.

Nice set with lovely colours! My fav is no.8
I am a sucker for old manual Pentax primes, especially Super/SMC Takumars. I've always knew they are good even by modern day standard but they just seem to really shine on my K1!

Too late. Already addicted Don't have many yet, and no super Taks, but I already know what I want haha.
