Dunstanburgh Colour

Some colour shots of Dunstanburgh, taken over the same period as the previous two sets. All from the far side of Embleton bay. No more after this I promise. One particularly quiet morning (New Year's Day), in marked contrast to the hoolies that were blowing the rest of the time, and a slightly bumpier morning and sunset.

A good set, Bill, but I really like the colours and textures in numbers 1 and 6.

Best wishes,

Nos 1 & 6 for me as well - the colours are magnificent and I love the reflections on the wet rocks.

Gorgeous images Bill. One of those areas that change by the hour and always worth a visit when in that part of the coast

6 - wonderful foreground
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Gosh a beautiful set, i especially like the tones in 1 , amazing how light and time can produce such subtle but stunning individual images of an almost identical seascape

Lovely set, the colours are subtly restrained throughout. These sum up the wonderful sweep of the coastline of England's most northerly, and many would say most exciting, county.

These are rather nice Bill. Particularly #2. Deserves to be very large on a wall.

I love the balance and close foreground detail in the last one, but the whole set has lovely soft tones and a sense of isolation.
