Drummer Stella Mozgawa from the band Warpaint.
Taken in a small gig in Galway last month. It was very, very dark and I was locked @ ISO12800 for the night.
K-5, FA43, iso12800, f/3.5, 1/10s

Technically you could all slate me but I like it and when my friends see the print, they stop, stare, stare again, move to one side, then the other, move back and ask me if they can have a print

Do not think you will get slated too much.
A good atmospheric shot.
Possibly slightly over-exposed,but hey.

I do think that sometimes technical aspects take second place to capturing the moment or spirit of the moment. This is the case with this one IMO

There are lots of technically excellent photographers that are hung up about "correctness" and lack imagination because of it.

I like it
