sorry to hear of your predicament, is the battery still in position?
Try taking it out and re-seating it.
If that doesnt fix it then - TBH - I've no idea whatsoever ;-(

Gotta K-3iii now, had a K-S2, K50 and so suffering from a relapse and so buying digital camera kit.
Previous addiction has resulted in using Zeniths, Yashicamat, Chinons, Minoltas, Samsungs, Fujis, Cosina, Kodak, Lumix, Canon, Nikon and Pentax etc etc - have tried most makes in the past 50 years. Love cameras - love taking photos even more

It could be anything, from a simple broken connection to a busted circuit board. Check the batteries and if that doesn't work you could try taking the bottom off and looking for breaks. Beyond that, you'd need to send it to a professional to look over, but it may be cheaper to replace than to repair.
