Well put, let's be positive.
I' looking forward to WR lenses, maybe a decent 500mm to rival the competition and more new bodies.
Bring it on, long live Pentax.

I agree, the only reservation I had when I decided to get my K20 was the lack of an upgrade path. Now I have it in the K7, so when in about 3 years I am ready to upgrade the K7 will probably not break the bank.

When I got my K10D (first DSLR) a upgrade path didnt even enter my head tbh as I thought it would be all I would ever need .. and still do.
Saying that, what I need and what I WANT is 2 different things

I too have a mobile phone and had one for many years, as for texting I may have done one, Ever, phone calls very few, it is an emergency tool only. And it speaks the time.
I leave all the texting to the Boss (She who must be obeyed) if I want a peaceful life.

As Pentax users (well most of us:wink we should be pleased that Hoya /Pentax have invested a hell of a lot of money, to bring new kit for us to use and enjoy.
Just think of the new lenses developed and cameras e.g. the X70 a very good “Bridge” camera the KM for those that want a quality starter or The K20, (mines over a year old now but still going strong) and now the K7 and that has raised a few eyebrows in other make forums.
Pentax are alive and “kicking ass” as our friends across the pond say.
And if Mr Brown wants to raise my pension? Because I want a K7 very much.
And as we are voting soon, any one who is out for my vote, I could be bribed for my vote, well we know what you are like with “Expenses” don't we.
I say well done Pentax keep them coming.
