This is the incredible moment a photographer caught the split second a beautiful kingfisher dive-bombed a lake to catch a fish.

I saw this image online, and was so amazed by it, I decided to share it with you all.

Impressive photo but I would have thought a link was more appropriate unless you have the photographers permission to display the picture.

I agree. Showing a picture out of context without the photographer/copyright holder's permission is (to my mind) unfair and may be illegal.

That's not really the point, the picture is not yours to display in the first place. I would imagine the Sun paid the photographer a fair amount to show it on their web site ... have you?
