Agreed - very understandable for those who struggle with the concept of diffraction. Have to say that for me it is one subject that I have never had a problem understanding. Pity I can not say the same about all technical aspects of photography

Yeah likewise but everytime I start to hear someone go on about Airy discs my eyes just glaze over, I just get bored listening to it, which is why I liked this video so much, he doesn't labour it...

Straightforward and not too long winded, best balance of the two I've yet seen, you need to view in fairly high resolution to be able to appreciate some of the examples...
