Hmm I already checked out that link, it is the london skyline pic (in colour). No trees, sepia or otherwise, that I can see.

My version, as I thought the picture had potential but needed a bit of a push. Ohhh........and removed the vignette while I was busy.

Those halos are due to a very quick and dirty job of masking. It's just to show what is possible with this picture. By no means a PPG submission.
I am not sure.........I am that masochistic of nature
(will have a look, and see what's in already and try to get up with something........)
