developing and printing

I have 37 rolls of BW film (from my project) which need developing (to archival standards) printing (machine prints OK) and scanning to disk.

I know similar queries have been asked before but I was wondering if anyone has recommendations? I have used Peak Imaging in the past. They gave excellent service but are are bit pricey, especially for the bulk scanning.

Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.
