Day off work today

Thanks very much everyone. Photographing wildlife can be very frustrating. You always want just one better shot, so most outings end in disappointment. All the birders won't need telling

As Alan (spidey) pointed out I was cursing the piece of deadwood in the first shot, So much so, I almost didn't post it, and I went out yesterday and today trying to get something better without success. Was so close with a fabulous pose as it stopped halfway up a tree, but its not quite sharp. Its on my flickr stream if anyone's interested
