Only you can say. But which to get? I was grappling with that problem 'til Aminstar saved me by producing a cheap 12-24.

I sold my 14mm 2.8 and got a 12-24. Never regretted it, never needed 2.8 that wide, quality is just as good and it's also more versatile.
The 12-24 is a cracking lens, for many others, including prime shooters on here, it's the default wide lens of choice. If you can still find one at old prices, cheaper new than the 14 & 15 as well!

I did ask to be included in the Samsung Airport buy,but as I'd just joined I think I was ignored.I sold my 14mm 2.8 and got a 12-24. Never regretted it, never needed 2.8 that wide, quality is just as good and it's also more versatile.

I'm a great Ltd man myself, but the 12-24 goes just that little bit wider, and I tend to find that when I'm using the 12-24, it's often at 12mm.
Of course, if they brought out a 9mm Ltd, I would be first in the queue.

Think Amin did get screwed over with the airport buy, it's worth contacting him though as he may still have some left.
Park cameras still have the Samsung version listed at £479 if it helps.
Would be worth checking out Dixons stores at the airports as well if you travel a lot.
Also there is / will be / maybe an official case for the limiteds.

You'd have a hard time pushing me aside to take my place.

I actually sold my 12-24 & bought Unlockers 14mm. Didn't regret it for a minute, but then again I had the 10-17mm if I NEEDED to go wider.
It was beautifully sharp, minimum focus distance was alot closer which I found a great boon in composition & it was more resistant to flare.
Only you'll know if a fixed focal length will be an issue for you. Why not go out for the day with your Sigma fixed at 14 or 15mm & see how you get on, if you can't fight the urge to zoom rather than move then a prime may not be for you.
I find when shooting primes that you take less shots as the convenience of a zoom isn't there. The ones you do take however will have had far more thought put into the composition & angle of view.

All reports are that the DA12-24 is as sharp as the DA14, just one stop slower. I'll trade versatility for that (in this case). The DA15 would be interesting if it was a) faster, b) cheaper or c) had better IQ. Right now it's a slow, mediocre and expensive lens.
But hey, what don't you like about the 10-20mm? Why would you consider changing?

I have the 15mm f4 and I really enjoy using it. It feels like a quality item, smooth to operate and solid to hold. It's small and I find that for that reason it's often the only lens I take out with me. I then let the lens dictate what pictures I can take which (as previously mentioned) causes you to think more.
If sharpness wide open is more important to you than anything else it's not a lens for you. But at f8, it's beautifully crisp right across the field and the freeedom from distortion makes it special. I can't personally see much need for extra speed. Such a wide angle is easily hand held at 1/8th without SR, let alone with it.
This is one of my holiday snaps with it - it just makes lovely pictures.
