Now that I have finalised the photo of the Bridge from the outside (the long exposure one) I have now turned my attention to UNDER the bridge.

This is the sort of place you dont hang about on a Friday night

So not long back with these exposures (all taken with K-5 and kit lens)run through HDR software.

I am happy with the first one and wouldnt change it BUT the second image is too busy and its not working for me - any suggestions?

Both taken from either side.

The kit lens isnt too shabby is it?

this one i am happy with but please comment if you would like me to try something else

This one I am not sure about and will probably not use - what you think??

A big thanks to all those that take time to comment. I sincerely hope Im not bugging the hell out of everyone posting so much lately but I love critique and am learning from it.

The first is better - to me. The second if way too over exposed at the end of the tunnel and that grabs attention. The exposure on the first is good all through. The colours of the first also suggest it is "not the place to hang around".

Also, just try reducing the angle of the first to about half of what you have.

I prefer the first too, I like the grimy feel of it and think it's better exposed than the second.

Also, the more extreme angle of the second detracts from it a little.

Cheers guys. No matter how much I toy with the second one I dislike it. Only mono works so I am saving it that way.

Really pleased with the first one myself. Ive changed the angle but it doesnt co-operate too well with a few choice words on the wall if you get me

I prefer the 1st one by far and think its as good as it can be, the 2nd has me stumped so I think it belongs in the bin! But had a play anyway and cheated by simply inverting it.

The first one without a doubt.

Thanks guys...

I like the conversion with the inversion!
