Cosmos par Kris Lockyear, on ipernity

Taken with my Pentax SV and an Auto-Takumar 35mm lens.

It is an illusion that photos are made with the camera… they are made with the eye, heart and head. Henri Cartier-Bresson
Lots of film bodies, a couple of digital ones, too many lenses (mainly older glass) and a Horseman LE 5x4.

Lovely monochrome, not bad for a camera at least 55 years old!

Title was definitely Spad click bait!

Nobody has commented on that wonderful bokeh.
Both the *istDS and the K5 are incurably addicted to old glass

Also not what I was expecting from the title but nonetheless a very classy shot. I like the composition and choice of point to focus on, peeking through the petals.

Thanks everyone.

As to the name, it's just the type of flower. I hadn't thought of the "other" meaning!
