clamp thingy!

hello just been reading a camera mag and they show you how to take shots of flowers indoors different lighting etc etc anyway the photo shows the bloke taking the different shots and there is a little clamp thingy holding the flower its a base with like a prop stand and what looks like crocadile clips which is whats holding the stem of flower any ideas what this is and where to get one??
