Seems like an odd idea to put peppercorn in a chocolate, but it doesn't taste bad at all...

Basil infused olive oil over vanilla ice cream is pretty good too.

save the basil and olive oil for pasta....
now pouring Baily's, Kaluha, or Galliano over icecream....
