Here are five shots taken last night in Brentwood High Street area of the Chinese New Year- the first time they have done it. There was a procession from the Town Hall to the Baytree Centre and the Beckett Chapel Ruins where there were dancers and a fire event. The lanterns were on display, made by local schoolchildren who got a voucher for free Chinese food in the shopping precinct-no voucher, NO GRUB so press snappers were unlucky ( BUT I noticed the POLICE were tucking in ! )
K10D with 18-55mm+ Metz 45CL3 and for the lantern pics my 50mm Pentax-m at f1.4, available light.
