That's why I posted, Gwyn, somebody out there might want one and be stuck as to where to look.

Peter, I was going to buy that one as I have dealt with them the past but I got one on eBay, I am delighted with lens apart from the weight

Just wanted to say that I have dealt with Avides myself in the past and they've always been prompt an courteous. I've not purchased a lens from them, though. Their shipping is often quicker than from within the UK
