caves

I am of to Cresswell caves at the weekend.

Has anybody been there? Any tips on getting reasonable shots- probably will not be allowed to use a tripod.

Dave, not been on a tog trip there, but to go inside the caves is a guided tour. I reckon if you have a word with the guide they might let you use a monopod, not sure how they'd be bout a full size tripod.

The surrounding lake, and nearby countryside is quite picturesque too.

Lenny I am not going as a tog, just as a recorder of things interesting.... I noticed that it has tours and that they encouraged the use of cameras. I am interested in the cave paintings and the sense of history and scale. As far as I know this is the only lace in the UK where there as such paintings.

Now I know that the lake etc is good we will make a day of it.
