Cauliflower 3 ways

I harvested a small number of Romano Cauliflowers last September but noticed a couple of them had large healthy leaves but the heads hadn't grown past a centimetre or two - anyway doing a bit of garden tidy-up today I notice they have actually grown a bit over the winter (10-12cm across) . So using the photographers motto "if it grows, shoot it!" I've recorded it
