Capture One News - K10D support

While I really got into C1 and worked out a nice workflow that suited me just fine..........at the time........they are too late to get my cash, SP3DS has so much more fine controls that can be used in both RAW and JPG processing, anyway, thanks for the heads up Peter will keep a eye on developments.

FYI: Updates within the same purchased version to C1LE are free and 1 free version update, to V4, is included when you bought C1LE V3.
I'm going to wait until C1LE V4 is released (first qtr '07) and then compare it to SilkyPix and make my decision. Also, Adobe's Lightroom is due for release in Feb '07 so we'll have plenty of alternatives for Pentax PEF RAW conversion, rather than just SilkyPix as now.
Currently I'm using Adobe Camera RAW and DNG.

Sorry to dissapoint you but it doesn't look like Adobe Lightroom will support the PEF from K10D
I have the beta version which only support the DNG file. On one of their sites they say that as Adobe support DNG and the camera can save in that format they will not be releasing a PEF converter.
Most of the other Pentax cameras that are not capable of DNG are supported under Adobe RAW.
