Canine Descent Into Sleep...

The new dog, Austin, pursuing one of his two passions. With the recent warm weather he now occasionally leaves the settee to doze on the lawn, returning to the settee when he gets too hot. His other passion is food. That is eaten too quickly to get a decent photograph.

K3iii + DA55-300mm (original version).

Thanks. We've had him for about 6 weeks, he's almost 7 years old but had to be rehomed. So we've basically taken on a middle-aged bloke who is set in his ways. And as we've discovered, one of those ways is sleep!

So pleased you've given him a home Steve, and he really does look contented - I've sure you'll both have some great times growing a little older together Nice set of portraits too
