Can THIS be used by Pentax Camera?

Judith, The Sony/Minolta has a different mount to a Pentax. Unless you can get an adapter (but I doubt you can) then it will not fit.

Given that it's a Tokina, I bet they've made the same lens with a K mount. Just keep your eyes open for one.

There was a Tokina 80-400 in Pentax KAF mount.
However, it's long out of production. Your only hope is to find it second hand...

Yes I have one and it's a good lens. Worth looking out for from eBay or dealers.
