Can anyone solve this for me?

Have been trying to recreate a cross-processed look in my pictures. An example of what im after can be seen here:

These pictures are incredible and its something i would love to get close to.

Can anyone speculate on these and maybe give me some tips towards recreating similar effects?

So far i have got as close as the cross-processing actions found in nik colour software.

Depends on what software you use. I had a quick try earlier today of the taste collection for SilkyPix. There was something similar in there.

The Nik filters are another option.

What software do you use since we need to know the options that you've since the effect can be created in several ways.

Hi, was using ColorEfexPro3 plugin for Lightroom.

But am open to other softwares if you have any suggestions

Well lightroom is all you need
It comes down to playing with the slides but this will get you started link
There are also presets on the web, which lightroom do you use 1 or 2, I've a bunch for lightroom 2 on my PC with some cross-processing if interested?

If you've got access to Curves controls (I presume these are available in Lightroom?) then I find that a gentle S-curve on the red channel and an inverse S-curve on the blue channel gives a decent cross-processed look. Vary the curves to taste, but I've found that you have to be quite subtle (the cross-process Taste in Silkypix is horribly OTT, for example, but thankfully you can save your own versions).
