The most interesting thing here is the 35-70mm f4 lens, which is actually an excellent lens that can still be used on digital SLRs.
However, even that is in the £20 or so bracket these days. Maybe £20 if you're lucky for a mint P30 (P30n and P30T superceded it) and maybe £15 for the Tokina zoom.
You don't say where you are based, but this is the sort of kit I sometimes buy for a low price and then put the items separately on eBay. No fortunes to be made doing that, and you could do it yourself. The only difference would be that my description would be better as you have limited knowledge of the items, so the price you get could be lower.
