Susan those are the colour profiles for your camera.
It use these profiles to determent how red or what kind of red something is, simply try them all out and you see difference in colour.
I did a little test shooting a colour card and match that with the same colour card on the computer.
Camera standard seems to create the best natural colour so if you don't know which one to choose use that is my advice.

Thanks stefan.I have been using the default the Ebedded, now will have to go back and see what the difference will be to my photo's, might be better now, now that I know what they are for.
