Their service was exceptional. A while ago I purchased the manual for the Panasonic G6 camera which I couldn't get on with and traded it in for a Pentax K-S2. I got in touch with OTC on Monday and they said if I sent the G6 manual back with covering letter they would replace it with the K-S2 manual. Today I received the re-printed spiral bound A5 size manual for the K-S2 at no charge. If I ever need another manual for anything they will be first on my list
