Camera holder belt clips

I can't make my mind up about which high-end clip to use.
I have two of the cheap plastic ones from China and they are surprisingly capable, offering locking, one-handed release and cheap enough to have one on each side so you always have a free slot for swapping bodies quickly. Really handy at events.
However, it did finally break when I crouched down suddenly and pinged off the belt slot on one side, camera still safe but dead clip.
So, what of these latest high-quality metal clips? Any users out there?

I'm in a similar situation, in that I'm looking for options for camera support that's not the traditional tourist neck strap. I don't particularly like where that leaves the camera whilst I'm walking about, bouncing in front of me.

Clipping onto a belt is an option I'm considering.

I looked at the pro version which has an alloy clip and considered how having two of them would work. The dual system is $235. link

I decided on a dual harness in the end as it seems more versatile and moving between crowds was easier as I could hold both cameras aloft without fear of dropping one.

It's a choice that you make based on your needs or wants.

I'm also interested in this thread, but in particular in any systems that allow for the continued use of the Manfrotto q-r camera plate 200pl that I have attached to my camera bodies and certain lenses. I'd assume the same issue arises for those of you who use Arca swiss, etc?

The Black Rapid RS looks good except it is a stand-alone system - not suitable for backpack or swapping 2 cameras.
The SpiderPro Is expensive but well-made and can accept tripod plates. I think I would go for this if I only wanted to hang normal DSLR bodies on it.
The Peak Design Clip is very strong and well-made, can accept tripod plates but apparently is not very comfortable because its small footprint and lack of padding allows the camera to flap about and the clip to dig in.
Still looking....

It really is a synch to use; locks in place and removes with one hand. I managed to break one of the belt holes, crouching suddenly at a wedding, but the camera was still secure. I've jumped down off walls with big lenses, no problems.
Not brilliant for walking, but for just freeing up your hands when you get there, or allowing you to operate two bodies it's absolutely fine. If they made a metal version, I would look no further.
